This website collects as little as possible. There are no cookies, no trackers, no analytics and no ads, and nothing is loaded from third parties.

Who is responsible?

What data?

Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, your email address, optionally your company, and your message. Like any hosting, the web server also keeps technical log files (IP address, time, requested page) to detect faults and abuse.

What for?

To answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a quote or collaboration. The legal basis is your own request (pre-contractual steps) or our legitimate interest in replying to messages. No newsletters, and your data is never sold.

How long?

Messages that don't lead to an assignment are deleted after 12 months. If your message leads to an assignment, we keep it as long as the law requires (for example for accounting). Server logs are deleted automatically after a few weeks.

Who can see it?

Only Malysse Consulting Services. The website and mailbox are hosted by Combell (Belgium), which acts as a processor. Your data does not leave the European Union.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Just send an email. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
